Without doubt the friendliest premier inn I've ever stayed in, staff bend over backwards to help and were very warm on arrival and when leaving. After a long day this goes a million miles!! Room was very clean and tidy, however is looking a bit tired and would benefit from a light refurb (e.g. The heaters made a ticking noise...

Amazingly warm and generously - spirited staff that did everything they possibly could to make me feel welcome! The room was uber - comfortable and was absolutely spotless. Although very well-rehearsed, the lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and interested in my welfare, which included booking taxis and other issues that I had, without being over familiar (I...

Staff were friendly. Room as expected. Quiet as at far end even on a Saturday. No problems. Just what we hoped for. Useful to have adjacent Mc Donalds as well as the Clocktower pub. Can't beat Premier Inn for standard and comfort.

We stopped over at this Premier Inn after we had visited RAF Cosford on our way up North. We had a good welcome and the room was as expected, nice and quiet looking out to the back of the hotel. We think there are only a few rooms at this hotel, so very small by comparison. We had the meal...

Premier Inns are usually very good but on this occasion I was disappointed. The heating was broken and was not fixed during our stay. We were provided with a storage heater but it was still cold so we had to ask for a second one which they did give us. If you are an accommodation provider rectifying issues like this...

I live in telford and chose this hotel as it's close to the event I was going to and easy to park and walk to Nov 14th Donnington bonfire.. Checked in easy enough room 14 we was given. Very small hotel ...rooms are a good decent size but it's not as high or many rooms compared to others I've stayed...

The Premier Inn staff were helpful, the room was spotless and the bed was perfect though the seating was very uncomfortable. However, the Brewers Fayre restaurant was a different story. The waiting staff were excellent, pity about the food. After the first disappointing meal of boiled mushrooms, tasteless sausage, raw tomato and a hard boiled poached egg, we tried very...

This is nice well kept, clean, small hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. The room was well presented and I slept well. A few bit that annoyed me if I'm honest but tiny things. 1. The bathrooms have those irritating toilet roll dispensers that you get in public looks where you got a square at a time, I'm an...

Very pleasant stay in small but welcoming Premier Inn. Excellent staff and great breakfast at the Brewers Fare next door. Room tip - request rooms at rear of hotel - quieter than those at front (some road noise)

We wanted a base to be able to visit the museums at Ironbridge (20 mins) and to do a walk on the Long Mynd (40 mins) and this place fitted the bill perfectly. The family room was classic Premier Inn; basic decor, but with good facilities, clean and fully functioning. The pub next door does cheap and cheerful pub food;...
