We stayed for one night on Feb as we were visiting family locally. The hotel is in a central location with FREE parking at the rear of the hotel. On arrival we were given a room at the back of the hotel as requested incase of any part goers making noise on the high street. We weren't disappointed. The bed...

If you're travelling solo, this may not be the ideal place to book, particularly for ladies with a nervous disposition. This hotel has more of a B n' B feel to it and there are a lot of tradesman that used the attached pub/ bar. I arrived just before 9pm to be told the hotel didn't serve food, so it...

We stayed here for two nights in January and chose here because it was an easy walk for shopping in Crawley centre and came with free parking. Yes, it is an old building with creaking floors in the front area but our room was in a more modern block at the back. Our room was nothing special but was warm,...

I had to make a complaint about the awful place and a night spent at this establishment, Starting at around 2.30am and lasting on and off until gone 4.00am arguments between two or more people where taking place near to my room no 166 I would say next door with banging constantly of the Room entrance door shouting and screaming...

This hotel is apparently haunted however I sat in the supposed haunted room for an hour with the lights of and didn't see or feel anything.. Maybe, maybe not.. Apart from that everything is quite average, Reception staff will help but not very imaginative.. Rooms are ok not the best not the worst.. Its ok for a one nighter

Don't bother sleep on the floor at the airport. Is this really a Ramada? I think they should be ashamed! Old, cold & we have a car wash outside our window, screaming & shouting, water compressors running. I should have slept at the airport!

Look, I’m not easily pleased and booked a room here for one night (12th Jan 2017) together with Purple parking deal and decided after reading negative reviews this would either be a blinder of a deal or potentially my worst booking ever! A very pleasant experience, reception check in polite and cheerful, efficient and we had a room in an...

We booked before reading reviews and were somewhat concerned when we did. We stayed one night before dropping son off to Gatwick. The hotel was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and was very quiet considering we went to bed quite early. Very well located and free car park
