Kye was lovely on reception. Stay was perfect, bed was so comfortable, room was warm and spacious. Shower was great and the extra pillows were lovely. Room was clean and ideal location for us attending a wedding close by. Parking was free and there was a play area outside for kids.

Hotel's Favourite
We had an excellent Experience at this hotel from start to finish. We arrived at around 4pm and there was Plenty of parking. Make sure you give reception your car registration. Lady in reception was ever so welcoming and friendly. Efficiently checked us in. We were treated as well as (if not better) than we are when we stay in hotels for 5 x the price. This room was only £39! Worth every penny. This hotel has new rooms and everything felt nice and new and everything worked. The room did smell a little of stale smoke but we weren’t bothered for the sake of one night and once we’d been in a little while and showered etc it wasn’t so noticeable. We did not mention this to reception so they did not have a chance to rectify it. It didn’t spoil our stay. The bed was predictably and reliably comfy in line with Premier inn beds. Room was lovely and quiet. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. Pub next door (Parsons Pig) is fab. Amazing Indian menu and pub grub looked lovely too. I have reviewed the pub separately. It’s an ideal place to go for food and drinks if you’re staying at this Premier Inn. We would confidently recommend this hotel and We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel was easy to find plenty of parking and a lovely restaurant next door but there is hardly any phone signal here and WiFi is so slow we ended up outside to make phone calls and the room we had was the worse premier inn bed we have ever sleeped on so lumpy don't think we will stay here again

Kye was incredibly helpful and really supported us after a tough day of travelling. I can highly recommend. 5 stars, a gentlemen and a scholar. Premiere inn is pretty decent to, prices were reasonable and the room was clean.

Woken in the early hours by the noise of a television playing at full volume. The reason for our stay was we arrived back from holiday about midnight and had a 3.5 hour drive home,so thought it best to stay and have a good nights sleep before driving home the next day, there wasn’t a issue with the price or location. The issue was about 2.30 am we were woken by the noise of a television being played extremely loud and found it hard to sleep again .

If travelling by public transport check out the bus routes well! Website states the metrobus number 3 runs very close.. It does!Only 10 mins walk. Metrobus numbeer 3 grumpy, rude driver argued he never heard of the place so I spent £17 on a taxi from Gatwick South train station and spent £2.50 on the bus back in the morning to catch the flight. Landmark pub Parsons Pig next door.Well stocked bar.full of local customers all eating.Food looked good.. Could not get mobile phone signal in room. Premier Inn WifFi worked well in room. Staff friendly.Bed comfortable. No lift.

Can’t praise the reception staff enough, extremely friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Beds are comfortable, rooms well equipped will be staying again when travelling from Gatwick.

Easy to find and a quiet location with a good pub next door, this hotel is perfect for a stay before flying. I would think it is also a good business hotel with this site. Bed comfortable, shower good, water hot, wifi worked well, an easy stay.

The worst premier inn we have stayed in. From start to finish this experience was not pleasant. The check in experience was very cold from the receptionist. No pleasantries just got our details and gave us our keys. The room was terrible, furniture was falling apart, spiders hiding in the curtains, carpet was soiled, mould in the bathroom, climate control not working and a noisy fan placed in the room. The beds were not comfortable and the kids had a terrible nights sleep ( just what we needed with a 10hr flight looming) I lay on my sons bed to feel it and I felt like I was in a torture chamber. Tried to tell reception but every time we went to reception which was a lot of times the board kept saying there was no one there. The only time we saw a receptionist was when we came back that night from a meal to see them smoking outside the front entrance where guests were walking in. It did not have any friendly environment and this was compounded when we left in the morning to 3 members of staff not even saying hello as we walked past and when we left. There also seemed to be a lot checking in late at night. Usually premier inns we’ve stayed in have been excellent. However this does not deserve even the 1 star I gave it and severely let’s down the premier inn chain. I would definitely not stay here again.

Slamming doors, music playing till 3am people having conversations outside there room all night. Not the place to get some sleep if you have an early flight. Guess the only benefit was early check in easy tho. So much for a perfect nights sleep
