I'm not a person for complaining and understand people give out about the smallest of things but this place just isn't good. Staff are friendly but couldn't be found or contacted when fire alarm was going off for hrs. Bad smell of fags in the building. Wouldn't return or recommend unless you are really stuck.

Thank thestroke

Booked this hotel online but when we got there we was told the booking was made for the previous day... After a lot of messing around we were given a room but had to pay again which meant we paid double as the website had taken payment too! The room was very basic. Not clean to the highest standards. The...

Booked one day (web). They called the next day to apologise, and tell me they were actually fully booked. I thought this was actually very good customer service. They then called me again the day after, to tell me they'd made a mistake, and they did actually have a room free. I'd booked somewhere else by then. The morale of...

Very basic, you only get what you pay for. Service with a smile but the other guests in the hotel were not particularly friendly. Walls paper thin & basic furnishings. The bathroom & WC facilities are shared on each floor with other guests. It served a purpose but I would not stay again.
