Hamza & the team were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble - the rooms are clean , spacious and have all the necessary to enjoy your stay. The customer service was exemplary and that mirrored throughout each department from breakfast , front desk and the bar.

I recently stayed in the Holiday Inn Bolton Hotel and absolutely loved It! The staff was very nice, and the hotel is in perfect walking distance to everything Bolton has to offer. The room was clean and the staff made you feel extremely welcome!

Stayed at this hotel from the 13th Feb - 18th Feb 2023. This is our second time, we stayed here in 2022 too but it was a shorter stay. We had the breakfast included in our stay this time too, unlike last time. It was absolutely delicious. Plus every morning we were greeted by Dipak who would not only remember you but once you were finished made sure he wished you a good day. Plus the reception staff were so kind and helpful too - thank you Sharon. And the rooms were not only beautifully clean and tidy, the beds were super comfy too. Thoroughly enjoyable stay all round will definitely stay again/recommend to anyone who's considering staying there!

We had a one night stay - the hotel itself is lovely, clean and modern. The staff are all lovely more than happy to help with anything. The manager was on site and was ready to help with anything anyone needed and was always really polite. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully return one day. Location is brill for the town centre.

I’ve stayed in multiple Bolton hotels and this is my favorite. It is newly renovated, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. I really appreciated Dipak’s friendly greeting every morning to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great breakfast and the coffee was the best. The staff are friendly. I had a nice chat with Dipak the restaurant manger. He greeted everyone to see if you were ok, he constantly checked the service was fine and the food was topped up. In general the staff are nice. I left my iPhone in reception and didn’t realise until it was bought up to my room, I had the incorrect phone charging cable with me and reception were able to provide a cable that worked with my power pack and said I could keep it for the entire four day stay.

I have avoided this hotel for some years because of two previous unsatisfactory stays but this time was by far the best.very pleasant staff got an upgraded room because Platinum member .room large and fairly recently decorated looses one point because air con does not work and room too warm also shower temp not ideally hot however these are minor points .breakfast was vastly better than my previous experience.so impressed with improvement have booked again next week.

Rooms here are clean, comfortable and spacious. What makes for a great experience are the lovely staff. They certainly lay on a good breakfast and meet dinner guests needs thoughtfully and efficiently. Thanks for your help Joseph and Castro. Thank you too, to Tony and Jayde for your friendly demeanour, your warm manner and your willingness to go the extra mile to assist guests, really valued. Reception and house-keeping staff do a first class job. Thanks Cherie. I've found they take care of guests with kind consideration and good humour. Reception staff, you know who you are... Frank, Sharon, Chelsea, Lucy, Annie, Lisa, Karen (forgive me if I've forgotten any names), nothings too much trouble and really appreciated. You make any stay memorable. I'd like to commend Frank, not just for his lovely manner and care for guests, but on observing his obvious professionalism attending to a guest struggling with something. His calm, clear, polite clarification and can-do approach provided a prompt solution. I was very impressed and wish to pass this on.
