Well where do I begin? I stayed over night in this hotel with friends as we were going to a wedding nearby. When we booked online it looked nice enough but was outrageously expensive at the price of £85. However, we took this as it meaning to be a nice enough place to stay for the night. When I arrived,...

I cannot recommend that before you book this hotel you look for other hotels in the area which are so much better quality. the carpets in the corridors are literally held together with gaffa tape, seriously ... miles of it. The room was just about acceptable but I was almost at the point of walking out and asking for my...

Running a course that was situated in converted bedrooms. Tried in vain to get a cup of tea or coffee, but because it was not pre ordered they couldn't do it. The receptionist excelled herself at last and recommended the Shell garage down the road, which we trooped down to to get a cup of coffee. Absolutely bonkers, felt like...

My Son and I were in room two a twin, as part of a national Holiday package on the18th march this year. When sitting on the bed the springs made noises akin to base drums, the mattresses were worn and well beyond their best before date, however they were clean. The light next to the bed was flickering constantly, when...

This place used to be a green field Holiday Inn site but years of neglect have not been kind to the face of this property. Once inside, having negotiated tatty, crumbling steps and through the dirty glass doors, I was completely ignored by two members of the reception team who were both engrossed in checking in another guest and avoided...

I had an overnight stay at this hotel Friday the 17th February. The room is what you would expect for the price and offered cheap on late rooms and booking.com. However cause of its cheap price It does attract a certain type of crowd that like to party through the night. On this particular night the noise was going on...

This place is by far the worst hotel iv ever stayed in, staff are rude and arrogant. Rooms are ridiculously basic with most extremely dirty. Food is served under-cooked or cold with 0 apologies and petty squabbling over required refunds. Overall, a horrible 'hotel' with a complete lack of customer service.

I reviewed this hotel in October 2013, and said I wouldn't return was a bit depressing, but circumstances made me book again, and how glad I did; this visit I was with my wife. The hotel seemed different, not sure why, but the atmosphere was much more friendly and welcoming, the receptionist was friendly and efficient; I was expecting the...
