We stayed here for two nights in February. It was a big group stay so had mixed feelings about this place. But what a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, well equipped for this class hotel, couldn't here noise from the street at all. Food- we had all meals included and all of them were delicious! Service-outstanding. Even before we...

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Basingstoke last week for a business visit. The rooms are very pleasant with modern style although I did have some difficulty getting the air con to successfully cool the room. The buffet breakfast had some tasty choices including fresh fruit salads. I really wanted to write this review to say how helpful the staff...

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, warm welcome, only took a standard room as I was part of a group, but nice room, comfortable bed. TV controls took a bit of working out. Expensive bar, but staff were nice. Breakfast delicious. Would recommend as the price for one night plus breakfast for 2 was only £60. Very good value.

Very impressed. Greeted by lovely warm receptionist, Sarah, for whom nothing was too much trouble - she also remembered we'd been to a show and asked us if we had had a good time when we came to check out. Very clean room and fab breakfast - loved the pancake making machine!

I decided to book this hotel for 1 night before I head to London Heathrow to catch my flight due to its location. Situated near M3 and would take 30 minute drive to LHR, perfect! Parking is complimentary which is a plus. This hotel is exactly what you expect from Holiday Inns and most hotels in UK-bit dated but you...
