We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was a decent enough place but the bed was a standard double, I haven't seen standard doubles in a 4 star hotel for a while, they tend to be king size. Breakfast was reasonable but closed at 10 30 on a Sunday which is unusual. Not a bad 3 star place...

I was invited to a attend my customers party. The good points: the food was good and the party was well organised and great fun! The bad points ; had to wait forever to get a drink from the bar and there seemed to be a lack of bar staff all around! We had to wait ages to get a...

We booked this online late at night on Saturday evening from the patient waiting area of Basingstoke hospital after visiting a relative in ICU. We needed last minute overnight accommodation and this was cheaper and closer than the Premier Inn. Check-in was fine, the staff friendly and efficient. The room was small and a bit tired. The double bed was...

We have stayed at this hotel once or twice a year for the last 11 years and over the last few years it has been losing its 4* sparkle. We booked direct with the hotel for a two night weekend. Our room was the smallest we have stayed in anywhere and did not merit the "Executive Double" title (room 111)....

Satisfactory would be the best way to describe this hotel. Warm welcome, friendly staff. For the price > £120 a night inc breakfast would expect a better room and bathroom. TV pretty small, room a little noisy in the early hours. Restaurant was OK but wine expensive for range offered. Breakfast v good with good coffee. Gym and pool OK...

I stayed at the hotel on 28 October for 2 nights with my Fiancé and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Check in and out went smoothly. The leisure facilities were good and breakfast was nice but the waitress took away our drinks and we were only getting food. The rooms were nice and bed was very comfortable. I...

My husband myself and two children stayed here for one night whilst visiting peppa pig world. It's safe to say I would not return!! The only good point was that the bed was comfortable!!! The room was very dated but was clean on arrival, apart from the bathroom. The bath shower as sink where all dirty and had definitely not...

Had a lovely time here for 1 night. The room was perfect for a family of 4 and clean the bed was super cosy too. We used the swimming pool which the kids enjoyed and was a nice end to our day. Breakfast was included in our stay and was too very nice. Plenty to choose from. My only criticism...
