Thank you for writing us such a kind review! Unfortunately on occasion (especially during bad weather) the lane does have large potholes as we are on farmland, hence why we do warn all guests about when confirming their bookings but glad we were worth it!...More

Hi, I am pleased to hear that you have booked a weekend with us, and hope that all of our fabulous reviews don't disappoint you.
We are located just 1 mile from the village of Woburn Sands - 5 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes to walk.
The Swan is the main Gastro pub in the village - You can enjoy 10% off your bill when you show that you are staying at Woodleys Farmhouse.
Nonna's is an Italian/Maltese Restaurant
Jalori and The Woburn Fort are both Indian Restaurants.
If you want to drive another mile into Woburn, there are several more eating places.
The Birch
The Black Horse
Woburn Thai
Woburn Brasserie
Loch Fyne - Fish
Fratelli - Italian - Again 10% off for staying at Woodleys
It obviously depends on the type of food you enjoy, but there is a good selection to suit most palettes. It may be worth checking them out on Google and even booking a table.
I hope this helps, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Regards
Gill

Hello
Woodleys is a small Farmhouse B & B. We have 4 rooms in the cottage. 2 are large rooms with Kingsize beds and en-suite bathrooms. 1 room is a good sized double room with an en-suite shower room, and 1 is a smaller double room, this room has its own private shower room just opposite the bedroom.
I hope this answers your question.
Kind regards
Gill
