Booked 2 nights as birthday treat, hotel was easy to find, great location surrounded by countryside. Very warm effusive welcome , stayed in room 103, clean comfortable bed well decorated great views of the park land. The bed was very high for some reason. The hotel left card and chocolates for my husband. Great buffet breakfast plus the added menu...

My wife and I stayed overnight on 14/01/17. What a gem of a place this is! The hotel sits in its own parkland with fields and an old church next door. It's idyllic. We checked in and reception staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. There was a wedding going on and everyone was clearly enjoying themselves. The location...

Just back from a business trip and overnight stay at this hotel. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle and in some very nice surroundings. The room was very good and with comfortable bed although I did not have the best view out of the window but it was a business trip so no time really to sit...

We stayed in this hotel for one night only and I must say I am very disappointed that we could not stay for longer. The hotel itself is located in quiet village type location that is surrounded by countryside. There is a local pub nearby which was full of character and provided a good place to eat and drink. The...

The drinks are well over price especially when you see that some drinks are poured back into the bottles and even topped up and sealed for real...

Recently stayed for 3 nights. Staff friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and had lovely countryside views. Despite there being functions held in the hotel our room was well away from them and didn't disturb us. Good breakfast with variety of choice. We would stay here again.
