Did the job for a quick night away for a party. Club room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was average quality but ok for the price. Strange how towels are stored in the room and there isn't a wardrobe just a hanging rail.

Good hotel which includes use of the leisure facilities which is made difficult for you to use. When booking a table for dinner the times are to suit them and not you even though the restaurant was always quiet.

I was upgraded on Sunday night to room 258, everything about the hotel was perfect, decent food, great room, really pleased....until roughly 2.30am Rediculousy room 258 is right next to the conference room, which they decided to start setting up at 2.30am, not normally a problem, but there is just 6 inches betweent he bedroom door and the conference room...

Paid just £25 in the January sale for a Friday night stay so no complaints about value for money; but there were some small problems. Check-in is self service but you'll still need a pen to write your room number down. My room overlooked Forstal Road which was noisy, even on a Saturday morning; weekdays would be worse I'm guessing....

We were staying here for one night after a wedding party held in the hotel. The staff on arrival were immediately attentive and helpful directing us to our room. The room itself was far better than we expected and great value. The room had modern amenities such as wall mounted TV, hairdryer, Dyson Fan! The bathroom was spotless with beautiful...

Room was hot, noisy and the bathroom was tired. Have had better experience with Village Hotels so disappointed with this stay. I booked through Hotels.com at a fair price but it felt like i was given a lower grade room because i didn't pay their higher room rate direct through Village Hotels.

We had booked this room on a special offer for £30 with breakfast, we were extremely happy with the hotel and room especially for this price. We were offered an upgrade 48 hours before, where you submit an offer for an upgrade, we managed to get this for £7! The room was very modern and very clean, comfy beds with...
