We stayed during the Easter deal (family of four) for two nights with breakfast both mornings and a meal on the first night for us for £150! It was great value and we all had a great time. Food was good and accommodation was clean and comfortable. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel advertised as a 3 star personally I think it's more of a 4star. The rooms are huge, the shower is a beautiful rainfall shower with a extra shower to shave your legs with ease. The swimming pool is a great size, the hotel has a sauna, steam room & hot tub so definitely a relaxing night away. Book a club...

We were put in room 241. It sounded like there was tumble driers going constantly nxt door which meant a constant hum Day & night! Room was clean and spacious. Reception lady was very friendly. We ordered 2 Margherita pizzas, 2 diet cokes and small bowl of chips to our room which cost £41!! :-0 Wouldn't stay again tho.

I have never stayed in a hotel where I've ended up in tears due to such low service and expectations not being met when it came to our daughters food intolerances, even after I'd rang ahead twice before booking. We were handed a folder of what we couldn't eat, after being reassured that there was a gluten free menu. The...

Needs to keep an eye on the little things. The club room was very nice, but the shower head was blocked with limescale and the shampoo and shower gel had run out, also the bathroom flooded when you had a shower.

Our stay was somewhat last minute so we weren't really too worried about what to expect. However, the hotel was easy to find, check-in was fast and seamless (assisted by welcoming staff) and the rooms are very nicely decorated; much more pleasant and inviting than most competitors. Beds were exceptionally comfy and bathroom was well appointed (shower-only). The only downside...

Overall a pleasant experience, nice staff, warm atmosphere, nice and quiet. Good nourishing buffet breakfasts. Close to the main roads, Maidstone and not far to other Kent locations. I recommend this place.

A great stay here with our Grandson. Good value for money in our family room, breakfast and a meal included on our first night. Kids eat free. A big swimming pool an added bonus. The hotel was ideally situated near Kent Life & Mote Park with plenty of things to see and do around the Maidstone area. Will certainly visit...
