stayed here as we was in Malvern for a show and couldn't get accommodation there itself, it is an old court and the building is 16th century, amazing place, car parking at rear was great as it is on the high street, staff and management friendly, room was great, very quirky, we ate in the restaurant Friday night but the...

First impressions were good, interesting building in good location, friendly reception. Bedroom looked OK, well equipped and good size. Let down by the detail , there are a lot of little things wrong which we were told were in hand, dripping taps, running cistern etc. Real downside was that in the evening the chef could not cope with orders which...

We really had a great stay - such a lovely, elegant and friendly environment. Also the staff were great, especially Lisa! (I think that was the name 😁) Would highly recommend, also very close to amenities and nice restaurants.

I recently stayed at this Hotel, part of the Relax Innz hotel group. I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. However the downside to this hotel is the décor is outdated throughout the main bar dinning rooms and bedrooms, bedroom carpets are not clean with stains which have accumulated over the years, shower trays are showing mould...

The room we had was lovely and spacious. We stayed for three nights and felt really welcome as all the staff were really friendly and approachable. Guests are welcomed to come and go as they please. The hotel itself was full of the quirky features that you'd expect from a Tudor building as well as lovely outside areas. The food...

The hotel bar, until recently it was popular with locals and visitors alike, a recent significantly hike in the beer and wine prices has made it one of if not the the most expensive in the area, guess the company that that owns the hotel are keen to encourage their customers to use the other local pubs and bars,

I needed some medicines stored in a fridge during my stay, so they found space for me in the kitchen fridge. No matter what time of day or night, and no matter which member of staff was around, each knew what i was talking about and were able to get my medicines and return in a matter of seconds. No...

This hotel is really full of history. The building is beautiful inside and outside. The staff is really kind and helpful. Most rooms especially the superior doubles are spacious and beds are comfortable. The location is really central and many shops are in a walking distance. Just minor negative things are the very old windows permiting the wind to come...

The hotel is under new management and I think the decor and amenities will be updated. The Hotel is very old and quirky and has a good atmosphere. The staff and new manager were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The bar adjoining the hotel was very busy in the evening with a good vibe.
