I have stayed in this hotel many times and in the early days I did have cause for complaint but the on-going refurbishment has transformed this hotel into very nice place indeed. Refurbished rooms are excellent, clean, well equipped and spacious. The Indian restaurant on site is fabulous and the breakfast superb. The hotel staff are very pleasant and attentive....

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful on check in. The room was recently refurbished and very nice. Noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor started at around 10.30 and despite contacting reception no one came to ask the disruptive people to be more considerate. The noise continued until well after 11 PM. Breakfast was rather chaotic with the...

It was cheap and the location was good. The free car parking is a benefit and only 15 minutes to the nec. Rooms are ok. Bit tired in places but ok for one night. Just be aware if you are a light sleeper then this might not be the place for you! My girlfriend could hear the man next door...

We do have many different room types and some interconnecting rooms can be a little noisier, when loud snoring guests are in residence! Constant renovations are taking place and your comments have been noted. Kind Regards

I stayed here as I was exhibiting at a 3 day conference at the nec. Usually I stay onsite at the nec but I am so much happier to stay at the ramada! The room was comfy, well designed and had a good size bath! This is essential when you have spent 8 hours standing up! Breakfast was very tasty...

Stayed here a few times while in the area for work. Staff always been very friendly both on reception and in the restaurant for breakfast. Have a few colleagues that don't like this place, but I can't really understand why. It does need a bit of a refresh in certain areas but there's nothing that's bad. Only real issue I've...
