...but very noisy main road and badly insulated windows. Bathroom has to be shared not only with other guests but also with owners and their visiting friends or family. Breakfast was good and hosts were pleasant. Good location near train station, but negatively impacted by the busy road.

Went to a do at the NEC - this was great as two minute walk to the train station and one stop to the NEC/airport. Lovely couple - felt like being at home. Main bathroom is shared between everyone at the house but each room has it's own sink. TV and hairdryers and tea and coffee facilities provided in each... More

We stayed here for one night while attending family party nearby. On the positive side: It's very close to the station and a pleasant enough house. The owners were welcoming, and kindly allowed to to check in early. The room was pleasant enough although not en-suite (but we knew this when we booked). On the negative: The bed was rather... More

The couple that ran Gayton b&b were so lovely and hospitable and made us feel like we were at home. Lovely room, delicious breakfast and very friendly and hospitable hosts. Very close to the train station and very handy if going to see a show. Would recommend to anyone!

Stayed here for two nights as a lone traveller visiting the Nec for business. It's only a short walk to the station so incredibly easy for Nec or Birmingham without using the car. Was greeted with coffee and cake and John was on the ball with communication re my eta so that all helped things run smoothly. It is very... More

We stayed at the Gayton B&B for 3 nights whilst attending an event at the NEC, the B&B itself is only a short distance from the NEC via train, and less than a 5 minute walk from the train station in Hampton-in-Arden. The owners we're prefect hosts, providing information on great local places to eat and drink, alongside details on... More

My parner and I stayed for one night as we were seeing a show at the LG Arena. The room was clean and very comfortable. John and his partner were so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The train station was a 3 min walk and then 3 min ride to the NEC! Would definately recommend.
