We stayed one night, in town for a show. It was set in the perfect location. Walking distance from everything we needed. The hotel is new so a great standard. Staff were all friendly. The breakfast was just right plenty to chose from. Left happy with a full belly

This hotel isin the centre of Preston, right from checking the staff were there to help you if required, rooms were warm, bed extremely comfortable, ensuite clean. It is buffet breakfast, plenty of choice.

Stayed whilst visiting our daughter who is studying at UCLAN The location is very central, and as usual the comfort, and service was of high standard. Shame there is no dedicated car park, or a discounted local one.

As advertised and staff very help full, nothing to much trouble clear on details both at check in and breakfast, location good especially easy from rail station. If using the car park exit into the hight street is required which has some time restrictions

Service was fantastic from front of house to restaurant staff. Food was of a really good standard which was completely unexpected. Above all the service was so friendly and helpful. Although the room was a bit grubby (more owing to the usual clientele rather than for lack of cleaning i assume!) the service i received more than made up for...

Overnight stay to make the following morning more straight forward. The room was a typical premier inn layout and the standard of cleanliness was to standard. No complaints there. The check in was via automatic terminal but very easy and help on hand if required. Reception and the usual facilities (bar etc) on the first floor, although I didn't use...

I know they should all be the same however it's the staff that make this one stand out. Great rooms great beer great...

It is in a great location, literally a couple of hundred yards away from the high street and a five minute walk away from the train station. Premier Inn does what it says on he tin and we have always found...

The best thing about this Premier Inn is the staff, I've never stayed anywhere abroad or in the UK with such friendly staff! They can't do enough for you, they make you feel very welcome, and are so friendly. The meals are delicious and plentiful. The hotel is very clean with pleasant bedrooms. If you fancy shopping the town centre...

My husband and I came here yesterday for the Preston v Reading game today. Unfortunately we lost 3-0!!! It was his birthday treat from me. The hotel is excellent, and the staff are first class. I would particularly like to mention Danielle, Harry and Stephen with the tattoos who all made us so very welcome. They all were very friendly,...
