We stayed three nights, as we'd got weekend tickets for the Classic truck festival at the Motor Museum at Gaydon. Very warm, nicely decorated and furnished. In keeping with the age and stature of the building. Our room was a sloped ceiling, interestingly shaped good sized room. Plenty of storage space, chairs and a kettle actually next to the plug!...

Great location.. Was noises but wanted somewhere with live band to have a drink after the gig. Rooms need a little tlc but clean and breakfast in the bar downstairs was spot on.. Will stay there again if visiting assembly rooms.. Which is just around the corner

Just spent one night here and found it very comfortable. Our room (4) was on second floor and quite large enough. Breakfast was very good with choices. Only a 5 minute walk into town which has a lovely feel with wide main street and good shops, cafes and places for evening meal, we ate in Wetherspoons, so very reasonable. About...

Nice fresh small hotel, very pleasant staff fresh cooked breakfast. Dining room is quite small and could be busy at peak time. Good selection of continental and cooked food. The hotel is located very close to the town centre although on a main road there was no problem with noise from traffic. I'd use this hotel again.

Stayed there for 2 nights, at 2nd floor. It was an unpleasant experience because at that floor, the room I had has no resemblance with the room presented on their site , which I paid for.It has partly wooden walls, tilted roof, and extremely limited space to move around. Being situated at the uppest floor, as the temperature outside was...

We spent a very comfortable night at this hotel following our daughters' graduation. We were very impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of all staff. The room was very clean and comfortable, it had all we needed. Breakfast the following morning was very good. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant little hotel, spotlessly clean, good welcome, super breakfast served well. All in all a great experience - hardworking staff very helpful and kind. Cannot praise it enough. Been there about 6 times and always superb standard.

Clean and comfortable room. No lift but we were on the ground floor. Free wi-fi in room. Very convenient for town centre, 5 minute walk. Parking could be difficult but hotel does have permits for on street parking if no spaces in their car park. Breakfast very nice. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable guest lounge.

I booked a single room to stay the night and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was hearty and well cooked. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but there was on street parking if the parking bays for the hotel are full.

Visited for a concert at the Assembly, nice hotel, good food, lovely central location, thoroughly recommended for a short stay. Leamington Spa is a beautiful town and nice to see a high street with lots of "local" shops rather than the usual chains, and anywhere with a record shop is fine by me 👍
