A lovely old fashioned (in the best sense) hotel in the centre of Leamington providing exceptional value for money. Had a single room, en suite, which including breakfast was £65 for a Saturday night. Room was clean, linen smelt fresh, staff were friendly & efficient, breakfast was superb, proper full English made from quality produce. Service at breakfast was outstanding,...

I booked the room quite a lot number of times but each time I got the worst room, sometimes the things are broken and at the other times the room is either too small or too noisy. Don't know why these people don't take the complaints seriously. Not happy with the stay.

We stayed in a ground floor room at the back of the hotel, with a patio door to the back garden. The room had everything we needed for a short stay, except we could have done with proper bath mats, instead of paper ones. My husband spent a few days at a local business meeting and I worked in the...

Been many times to Victoria Park. Last visit we had an updated room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fresh cooked to order and is always tasty. Its also only a 10 min walk to the town centre. Great place to stay, will be visiting again soon.

We decided at a last minute decision to stay at the Victoria Park Lodge as we needed to be close to town. On our arrival we was greeted at the little desk by a lady who said "£77.00" & can you fill this in. No hello, how was your travel etc.... straight to the money. So I asked in response...

I stayed here twice and will not hesitate to stay again. This hotel is good value for money. Everything you want from a stay over, I stayed in 2 different rooms and both were very clean and tidy. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the cooked breakfast looked very good as well. Staff are very friendly and...

The accommodation was very clean and well presented if a little dated. The bed was rather uncomfortable but the breakfast and the friendly staff almost made up for this. We had a room at the back overlooking the garden which was very pleasant and quiet.

Very average b&b. Hard pillows and a bit run down, musty & old fashioned. Friendly welcome and the breakfast was completely acceptable. Quite handy for the town and there is parking. Wasn't particularly cheap given the facilities.
