We went to the quality hotel to stop overnight as was visiting Hemley for a surprise 50th. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and was asked if we wanted breakfast. We booked breakfast for the following morning. Our room was a family room for 3 of us which we found very clean and comfortable. The staff was all...

We use this hotel occasionally to just get away from the kids! Booking in was very friendly. Our room was clean, very pleasant and was all that we require for an overnight stay. The hotel is reasonably priced. We didn't use the restaurant but there is a room service provision if required.

We arrived mid-evening, Sunday. We were checked in efficiently. Very clean and well equipped room. We went to the restaurant for a meal and welcomed by lovely member of staff and given an excellent meal. We would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed in the QUALITY HOTEL due to a mix up in booking dates as I normally frequent Premier Inns whilst working away from home.... Rooms here range from £44 a night which makes you suspicious straight away.... Checking in was a little slow but the reception staff were quite pleasant, having secured my room key I walked down the...

Even though I had booking conformation and they took payment I did not have a room!! I arrived at 1.30pm after traveling 170 miles and told very abruptly I could not check in until after 2pm. At 3.40pm while in a meeting I get a phone call and told there is not a room for me!! Not impressed at all....

We booked this hotel for our two night stay. The room was nothing like the picture. It was shabby and unappealing. Curtains were filthy and the mattress had springs almost coming through. We made the best of it though and then at 2am there was so much noise coming from neighbouring guests we had to ask to be moved (which...

The tables were layed out nice but other than we couldn't see one table of guests because of a massive stone pillar in the way. The food was terrible it tasted like a poor microwave meal that was rushed the veg...

Attended Boxing Day for a family meal consisting of 6 adults and 5 children. Met by uninterested staff ( only 2 on!!!). Bar drinks had to be changed as lemonade wasn't,it was some kind of "fizzy liquid!!" Not shown to seats, freezing cold area!!! We had to turn on the radiator behind us for warmth. Food- starter-over seasoned soup and...
