After a night's stay at the Quality Hotel, I found it to be very friendly, clean and comfortable. The staff, especially those on reception, were all helpful and willing to go out of their way for me as an out-of-town guest, on a business trip. The evening meal I had in the restaurant was more than adequate and served by...

Staff: Helpful but miserable. Some individuals have there faces tripping them constantly while others are in general lovely. Rooms: Stayed in several rooms over the course of 6+ months. Had problems with several of them like the showers not working. Bed sheets are changed once a week if you are lucky. In general the rooms are very comfortable and I...

Strange hotel. Warm and welcoming at reception one day, totally ignored the next. Attentive restaurant staff one evening, thick as porridge the next. I am of course talking about different people on those occasions. Not quite sure who is hiring the staff but being pleasant and at least pretending to be interested would be a nice starting point. A long...

The food was splendid, especially the curry it was explosive with flavour. The hotel staff were freindly also the premisis was clean. Overall a good hotel, the wifi was up and down in signal wise, we wasnt sure if you had to pay for it or not but there was an option to skip the pascode.

Arrived in late afternoon, 'lukewarm' greeting at reception, room was ready, on ground floor which was good. Went into room with luggage - like walking into a freezer. Window was ajar, so closed that, then cranked up the radiator, went to get more bits and pieces from car. Had to do some work and was just getting colder and colder...

I received a voicemail from the manager of this hotel asking me to confirm my reservation for the following night. I rang back and the phone was answered by a young man in the most incompetent and unprofessional manner. It didn't bode well. As it turned out my misgivings were well founded. It is a shabby hotel staffed by people...
