Everything about this hotel was lovely except the food. Breakfast choice was not great and the quality of the food just about okay. Bedrooms & Leisure facilities were amazing, beds were so comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful which is important to me as I use a mobility scooter and can't walk much. My accessible room and wet room were good. I would like an automatic door as it's very difficult to get in and out of the room on a scooter on my own. My mum and step dad also had...

I've stayed in Village hotels a few times before, and really like them. The location of this hotel is great with several restaurants, a cinema and a massive Tesco all within walking distance. We visited Black Country Living Museum which is about a 5 min drive away, and Cadburys World which took around 25 mins. Reception staff and breakfast staff...

Rooms are too hot to sleep in, not enough storage for families, staff do not listen and when requests for items are out in wrong items delivered. Unsafe sharonbeda scratching children each time getting in or out of the sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress was like paper and we had to request another one as the children could feel the...

Very modern clean hotel. Nice relaxing weekend had a few drinks at the very friendly bar. Next time I will use the spa facilities missed out on that. We came for a party in Merryhill at the Copthorne Hotel so this was a good commute of only 10 minutes from the venue. There was a pub a large Tesco and...

Stayed at the village hotel after the pride of longbridge event nearby, nice looking hotel with welcoming staff, well equipped bedrooms and good facilities, shame we didn't get time to use the leisure facilities as they looked lovely, will be staying again

Stains in the rooms. Clearly benefitting from high EON trade. Gym and pool facilities good but intimidating atmosphere. Breakfast was ok but not loads of choice. Only buffet available. Plenty of parking.

Visited the restaurant yesterday evening and the quality of the food absolutely excellent. Well proportioned, high quality and definitely well worth paying that little bit extra. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Most definitely be eating here again!

You cannot fault this hotel. From the moment you arrive until the end of your stay the staff can't do enough to help. The rooms are spotless. The restaurant for evening meals and breakfast are first class with great service. I would like to mention Bethany who who greeted us both mornings for breakfast. Brilliant girl with a wonderful cheery...
