Hotel has charged me an extra fee for my upgraded room, even though I did not agree to the upgrade. Upon arrival there are no staff available at the check in desk to clarify this. Changing rooms lockers require padlocks but not forewarning to customers.

Lovely and friendly staff could not fault them at all. We had the club room which was surprising quite small, and there was only one small window which made it a little dark. No area to hang my wet towel after shower. Pool area was very clean and the changing rooms where too. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly...

Loved most of it and will be seeking to stay with you in a location closer to home soon. Mostly for the facilities and relaxation. Hoping to experience your masseuse and maybe a facial. Hopefully you can improve on my first impressions.

the look of the hotel was good then it went downhill from then the whole place could do with a deep clean, got bitten by bed bugs and I am very itchy, but the breakfast team was very good and the food was also good,

As i walked through the doors (2 sets ... both filthy) I wondered where on Earth I'd booked! The reception is large but painted grey with grey chairs and an awful carpet which has a pattern which looks worn and with blobs of chewing gum ! It just needs a pop of colour but at the moment is distinctly unwelcoming...

Comfortable hotel - staff friendly and helpful. Pool looked a good size - although didn't find time to try it out. Close to Dudley town centre and zoo. Easy access to M5 and routes to Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

Excellent service and cleanliness of the rooms and accommodation from the moment you walk in, to making your way to the room. Excellent service from members of staff and very friendly when dealing with any questions upon arrival/departure.
