We stayed here in May and found the hotel to be very pleasant, lovely beer garden, lovely bar area, outstanding breakfast the only snag was the temperature of the bedroom ( it wasn't a warm weekend weather wise) . The room was very hot and stuffy and the window didn't open properly and the bathroom didn't have a proper shower...

Very poor meal. Both service and food quality average. Went there after research believing good option for evening meal but very disappointed both partner and I ordered duck main course and they managed to produce one overcooked and one nearly raw.

After spending a week exploring the Cotswolds our last night stay was at the Kings Hotel. We had arranged to meet family there for Sunday Lunch prior to bookin in. We were met in the bar by the friendly face of Thomas who attended to us throughout the day. We sat in the beautiful well maintained garden area. Sunday Lunch...

We had arranged to meet our daughter and grandson for afternoon tea and booked accordingly with the Kings Hotel. We travelled about 60 miles and our daughter drove about 40 miles for this family event. The tea arrived quickly but with no milk. No staff were evident so our daughter had to go to find someone. Indeed our original waitress...

We stayed at the Kings Hotel for two nights. I have never seen a more cheerful, helpful and personable staff. They are extremely busy and work very hard, but apparently get real pleasure out of doing whatever it takes to make each guest happy. I left feeling as if I'd left some friends behind. The award-winning breakfast was the best...

Kings Arms is in the center of Chipping Norton with great accomadation. The rooms are small but ok for two people, I think they have family rooms as well. Limited car parking for about 4 cars. Rooms are warm and very good beds. The breakfast is very good, had full english and I would go back again for the breakfast...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The room was lovely and big (could have done with a bigger bed) and was beautiful in decor. The staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble and very friendly. We had one evening meal in the hotel and were delighted with the food. it is ideally situated...

Very nice inn, in a very nice place. We spent two nights in the cottage out back, on the second floor. It was very quiet, clean, spacious, and well appointed. Breakfast was very good every morning, and we had dinner there one night and it was quite good too. Chipping Campden is an ideal little town -- just large enough...

My wife and I stayed at the Kings Hotel for a night away for our anniversary, booking the Romantic Package which included dinner bed and breakfast as well as champagne, and flowers in our room. Both of us found the place to be charming. The service was very good and most importantly it was nice to be able to interact...
