We stayed here and left the car whilst we flew from Manchester. The rooms were clean and tidy and the service was good, and the rate was good. So all in all enjoyable. There was a big car park with loads of space and restaurants close by.

Having read the reviews I wasn't looking forward to staying here however it was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean as was the bathroom we were on the ground floor with easy access to restaurant and bar. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely break here and would return.

We stayed here mainly because of the free onsite parking and proximity to Manchester University. After heavy rain some areas of the car park were flooded! The rooms were fairly comfortable but in general the hotel is rather tired with only one slow, creaky lift to access the upper floors. The buffet restaurant food is fairly good but the overall...

I have lost count of the number of times I have stayed at this hotel which is incredibly reasonably priced for its proximity to Manchester Airport with parking included in the room price. My most recent stay was as a single traveller and it is probably the only time I have been rather disappointed with my room – tucked away...

Stayed recently, none of us slept due to the very hard lumpy beds, fire doors slam so that when you do fall asleep you wake. Reception staff not particularly welcoming, and when checked out barely acknowledged us! Pool is £5, which is extortionate, therefore we decided not to use it. Food (breakfast) adequate, but do not cater for.vegetarians. Cleaning staff...

My friend and i recently spent one night here as part of a coach trip deal. to see the Who in Manchester. It is a typical chain hotel, coach trip staging post. Tired looking and uninspiring. Dark ,gothic interiors, yet another "Herman Munster" type mansion. Evening dinner was actually ok with a decent choice of items served buffet style. Upon returning...

Upon arrival it had a good impression, it was only when we got to the desk and met what can only be described as a moody teenager who was not helped what so ever that we realised our mistake. We got to the room which was like an inferno, and riddled with dust/grime and a view of a half trashed...
