Good location for nightlife. Staff not very efficient or helpful. Air con was not working and asked staff to sort out. No body bothered to take a look at it. Was a very uncomfortable night sleep due to hot temperature.

Such a lovely hotel, situated right in the centre of the city, pleasant staff and very accommodating. Was also very impressed with the size of the rooms for the price paid, and the comfort! I would definitely visit again!

Was so looking forward to this visit , took my son to see Dynamo in Manchester and this hotel had fab reviews. Greeting at reception was stony faced. Very little info in the room, just a printed sheet of paper saying they were going through changes due to new manage and to "bear with us". Phoned reception to enquire about...

Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice also. I stayed at the hotel before however if I'm being honest it wasn't as good as my previous two stays. The atmosphere was a bit flat and the staff at reception lacked a little enthusiasm. Bedrooms are a little dull but clean nonetheless.

The second time we have stayed at this hotel. Didn't disappoint and this time went for the executive room which is a lot bigger than the classic double but not that much more. Great staff and location so perfect for a weekend away.

Great staff, comfortable beds but not being able to open windows in the bedroom & air conditioning only going as low as 19, we 'fried' at night!!! The lighting in the bedroom was very dim too.....but the bathroom was bright, so us 4 girls fought for mirror space!

The young man on reception was rude. The room was lovely and spacious although a member of staff did walk in unannounced. The drinks tables at the bar were sticky and bar had run out of lemonade of all things. At breakfast everybody had to wait to be shown to a table, who then asked to take your order straight...

Rooms are fairly small but fine for me and my partner! Beds are comfy and shower is amazing! We asked the reception staff to book us a taxi which they did and called our room when it was outside which I think was really good of them! Didn't eat at the hotel as breakfast seemed an expensive add on at...
