I frequently visit the Renaissance on business trips. All-in-all it's a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. There's a plethora of restaurants and shops nearby and Manchester Piccadilly station is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Had a suite which was extremely reasonable for the price and the size. Good location for shopping and bars, quite an unassuming lobby but the room more than made up for it. Added bonus of docking system for in room music.

I chose this hotel because of it's location. It was within walking distance to many local attractions. Minutes to the Manchester Arena, Manchester Cathedral, Selfridges, the Hard Rock Cafe, and the Football Museum, just to name a few.
