A friend and I decided to spend the weekend in Manchester....This hotel had good ratings on which I relied but I was a little disappointed. The rooms have had a clever artistic makeover but what was left in its original state e.g. bathrooms (probably 1970?) are looking awfully tired. The hotel was relatively clean though and staff were all super...

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Room big enough, clean. Bathroom a little tired. Breakfast basic (no smoked salmon etc.) and coffee very poor/weak/watery, no brown bread for toast. Overall a comfortable stay. Central location is a plus.

Dear Solveiga S, Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay with us and at the outset please accept our sincere apologies that the coffee was not too our usual high standard and the lack of brown bread. We do not offer smoked salmon on our breakfast buffet however it is available on our breakfast a'la carte menu. I...

Stayed March 2017, £99 B&B I was quite excited to be staying here as I knew it from years ago when it was a pretty tired, pre-IRA bombing monstrosity, but I'd heard it'd been substantially renovated in recent years. What greeted me was a pretty monochrome, gloomy establishment with hints of bling and I suppose that does work, if you...

This was my second visit to the Renaissance Manchester. I was given a room on the 10th floor, which was very spacious with two double beds, and a sitting area. It was spotlessly clean, with a good view over the city and very well equipped with generous tea and coffee and milk as well as biscuits which were all replenished...

Arrived at the hotel after the 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly. The entrance seems a bit small for the hotel, 1 side door and 1 revolving door. Anyway, we were early, but to our delight the room was ready. Check in was quick and efficient. We took the lifts uo to the 10th floor - there didn't appear to be...

Very nice hotel centrally located to all shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel room was huge and quiet. The hotel itself is very well maintained and staff are polite and willing to help ensure the stay was excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights pre booking the room with breakfast. It was clean and comfortable and in a good location with parking which for the area is not unreasonable at extra cost. My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights, as a leisure break. Location...excellent.. ideal for all city centre attractions Room....We had the more expensive ''Superior King'' room....very spacious and very comfortable, clean and all expected amenities.
