Wonderful hotel in a great location. Perfect rooms so cosy & luxurious :) parking easy as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again- no complaints what so ever. Didn't eat here but the bar area looked lovely and the menu looked nice to.

I stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday celebrations. The hotel is faultless really, but I was most impressed by the customer service from the manager during our stay. He made me feel very welcome and chatted to us every time we passed him- suprising for such a huge hotel. Well done! :-)

Don't know why I have never tried this hotel before... It's perfect. Amazing location in the centre on Deansgate. Lovely recently refurbed rooms, vimto on arrival. We had a suite for 4 which had 2 comfy double beds and a sitting area. Breakfast the next day was one of the best I've had, in the very nice hotel bar
