I was a little nervous when arriving at the hotel as not the most attractive building from the outside, however I was not disappointed. The interior decor was lovely, clean and very well maintained with modern yet unique fixtures and furnishings. We arrived at 1pm and had a very friendly welcome and swift check in. Our room was on the...

Nice hotel and good location. My room was on the 11th floor, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel parking garage easily accessible. The only downfall was the first night the room temperature was too hot and would not cool down. When I mentioned to the staff in he...

Arrived on Friday for a hen weekend, the rooms were lovely and big We were checked in promptly and anything we needed was readily available We all had a fab stay the location is brilliant for the surrounding nightlife, shopping and food places The only downside to the hotel is the parking charges £16.00 per night works out pretty steep...

Overall the hotel was well presented, clean and comfortable. We paid £149 for a standard double room with a king size bed and it was generally very good. The free parking was very close and also the gym was adequate although it was not on site. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend. However there was an apparent lack...

The property location is downtown Manchester, right in the heart of the shopping district. Across the street is a great place to eat, the Red Hot Buffett. It is reasonably priced for a Buffett and they have different foods from around the world. I decided to go to Nandos, a Portuguese BBQ place in the Print Works mall. It is...

I recently ran a large conference at this hotel and found it to be a great experience. The room we used comfortably accomodated a group of 100 people, and venue staff went over and above to support me, including helping me set up and take down equipment. Beverages were provided in plenty of time and the room serviced at intervals...
