We were very anxious to stay here after reading all the reviews but we went thinking we're just staying one night it can't be that bad. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us find out or way around Manchester. The only down side to hotel would be the noise of a night time...

I would not recommend this hotel!! There is no reception, the manager 'did not know' about the reservation for a room with 2 different beds and put us in a room with a very small 2 persons bed. Rooms are very dirty, pub is very loud till 22:00. You have to go through the backdoor whoch is very dark and...

Arrived at the hotel/pub earlier than expected and we were greeted warmly. Bar staff had to phone for gentleman to come from another venue to check in. Thankfully it was a nice day therefore was able to have seat outside while we waited. The manager was helpful and friendly he showed us to our room and check in was quick...

Never ever in my life has a room been so bad hat I have walked in and walked straight back out again. Hotel wasn't linked to pub below so had to hang around waiting to be checked in. Absolutely stunk of urine. Room was so hot the window had to be opened fully and even then it was unbearable. Toilet...

Trip to the Manchester market virtually ruined. Tried to check in and told at the pub 'it's nothing to with us. Go sit in the. Ack room' extremely rude. Room was filthy, and stunk as did all corridors in the hotel. Was woken up in the following morning with 2 people in tents pitched opposite as to who had stolen...

This is the worst place i have ever stayed, it was disgusting. The bathroom was full of mould & the shower head was black with mould. We didn't dare shower, figured we would come out dirtier. Place smelt stale & the corridors smelt of wee. Duvet was so thin, more like a sheet & was dirty & covered in body...
