I booked a bedside in The Atrium for a week whilst I was doing a course for work. I was really surprised at how much all the "little things" had been thought of, the kitchen was appropriately stocked with all the kitchen-ware you could need, with additional items on request. The bed was comfy enough, and it was clean throughout....

Was only here for a night, but was a great place to stay. I've had serviced apartments before at places I've travelled, & I knew this was going to be a good place from the pictures online. Its pretty simple to find, around a 10min walk from Piccadilly station down Whitworth Street, or you can follow the famous Canal Street...

Have now stayed here on several occasions. Worth checking the offers on this place if staying in Manchester as prices do seem to fluctuate. Great location for exploring the city. Secure car park short walk away. Apartments are a good size, clean and with good facilities.

Stayed for one night on Sat 4th March 2017. Reception was quick and efficient. The apartment on the top (4th) floor was well equipped, well sized and clean. The location is good, only a 10 min stroll to Piccadilly and another 5 mins to Northern Quarter or Deansgate. Not a hotel issue really, but it is a city centre hotel...

I've never enjoyed a stay in a hotel/apartment so much. The staff we so friendly and helpful with anything we asked for, the apartment was clean, well equipped, quiet, wifi was great and the bed was so comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything more, I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this place and the friendly, efficient and professional staff highly enough. There was a problem with my room and I was moved immediately to a larger and more comfortable apartment which was very quiet. Christina (and Maghi) helped me with this and allowed me to view a couple of apartments before deciding which one to move to....

Apartment was clean and tidy but quite small. Central location near station and shops restaurants. Very good service from staff, pleasant, polite and efficient. Only concern was noise from streets as we had a front facing bedroom - difficult to sleep. But would stay there again.

Dear Leanne L Further to your review following your stay at the weekend. Unfortunately, following your request on arrival, we were unable to move you to an alternative apartment for your first night with us, that would have been close to the 2nd apartment you booked, due to our availability on the Saturday evening. With regards to the standards within...

This was my first time booking an Appart/Hotel and I was reasonably impressed. The rooms were clean, and the shower was nice and hot with a good pressure. The kitten area had pretty much everything I needed. This is a great place for a solo traveler or couple, but defiantly not with more than 2, it's too small. My wonky...

The apartment looked nothing like the online photos. It was very worn and in need of rennovation. The heati vsmelled badly of burnt dust when we put it on. The carpets were black around the edges and covered in stains. The furniture looked like it had come from someone's old house in the 1990s. We paid £159 for one night...
