Have stayed here several times over the last few years - my most recent stay being on Easter Sunday. Good location - less than 10 mins walk from Market St/Arndale and Piccadilly station. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and good value. Will continue to stay here.

Stayed here for one night to attend the Ed Sheehan concert at the Arena. Very conveniently located for both the arena and Piccadilly train station (walk is less than 15 mins don't bother with a taxi) wasn't expecting a lot, but hotel was clean, bar area and restaurant a surprise as have never stayed at a Travelodge with one before!...

Staff are friendly. Room was the cleanest I have witnessed in a while at a Travelodge. We had room 216 which is at the front of the hotel so did have slight traffic noise. Sirens are common to pass by. Room was a little overpriced compared to other locations in the chain. I would stay at the Ancoats location again...

Unfortunately, this hotel is in a urban area and on a main road in the centre of Manchester. Whilst it can't help its location, they could make it more welcoming inside. The reception desk/bar is pretty bare. The room itself was functional but the bathroom floor was filthy, no power to the shower and the walls are so thin. The...

My partner and I were staying at the Ancoats Travelodge Manchester for the weekend as we had a wedding. On arrival I suddenly realised that I had mistakenly booked it for the weekend before. I was extremely upset and couldn't believe my stupidity however the Manageress was absolutely brilliant and sorted my partner and I out with a room for...

Nice Located, friendly Staff. Nice Prices. Rooms are ok and tidy. The Bar was good an dwith a short walk to Piccadilly or Victoria it is optimal to go Manchester by train. Only a few steps to the Arndale and Northern Quarter

I've stayed in Travelodge hotels before, and this one is just as good as all the others. The welcome was friendly and informative, the room spacious, clean and warm and the breakfast was very good. My only gripe is that breakfast doesn't start until 8 a.m. on Saturday - no good if you have an early start. I've stopped booking...

I've stayed at this Travelodge 3 times and am booked in for the end of April. I stay here with my 2 daughters when we see a show at Manchester arena. It's a ten minute walk to the arena and about the same to Piccadilly train station. It costs half the price as the arena Travelodge! Staff have always been...

Stayed here for 5 days and was given a warm welcome by female receptionist with dark hair. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. There was some road noise in the morning but it is a city centre hotel. My disappointment was with the male reception staff. Ignored by one guy and face pulling from another male behind reception...
