Excellent service and no complaints about the room which was large enough for three. Complimentary tea or coffee and clean linen and towels and room serviced every day. 10 mins walk to Piccadilly and shopping centre. Wide selection of pubs and eateries on hand.

Stayed here 1 night with a friend and our 2 boys (footy mad). Very friendly, courteous staff on arrival and hotel itself very well situated for us. A 5 minute walk took us to Piccadilly Gardens where we jumped on a bus out to Old Trafford and completed the stadium tour. On the evening a 10 minute walk took us...

We stayed here for 1 night 13th Feb, we arrived super early on Ryanair flight but were offered breakfast and our bags taken until room was ready. Room was clean and spacious for 2 adults 2 children. Breakfast was nice and plenty so you could help yourself. Staff very friendly and only about 7 min walk to Piccadilly gardens.

We stayed there for two nights, three german students. You can reach the city centre by foot easily, but keep in mind that this hotel is directly located at a four-lane main road: It is quite loud at your room at night even in the higher floors (we had a room at the top level). We didn't had a big...

Good location. Clean and comfortable room. Good price. Stayed before and will stay again. Breakfast was nice plus kids ate free. Friendly staff. Outside noise wasn't bad either considering it's on a main road.

It was clean, close to the city, shudehill interchange, manchester arena and with booking online in advance a reasonable price. The room was large and spacious with a powerful shower, was there on fri & sat nights and the bar was open 24hrs which was a nice bonus

I was very happy with my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my needs and went beyond the norm to help. Being a central location was very convenient and the hotel was more quiet than I expected. being on business, I was placed on the top floor with notices about being quiet etc... This was appreciated

First of all, I would like to say that I slept really well and that I do not have many issues with this hotel. My main issue was from the lack of care from a couple of receptionists. On arrival, trying to look for the hotel car park, the receptionist told me to park behind the disabled car park and...
