This was my second time staying at the Arora, the staff as always went above and beyond. The newly refurbished reception certainly delivers a wow factor. My wife fell in love with the lion chairs! Our room was spacious although a little dated compared to the reception. Really great breakfast selection. Will definitely be staying again when back in Manchester.

Ideally located in the very heart of the City, close to the city hall. The rooms are average though, and would need to be refreshed. The breakfast is minimal and served in the basement. Fortunately there are many coffee shops outside.

I was up-graded to guest of the day, meaning a premium room, which was extremely comfortable & spacious.... The atrocity at MEN occurred overnight, sirens & helicopters were audible BUT the sound-proofing was excellent. In the morning, after the buffet breakfast, with extremely tasty 'artisan' bread, rather than battle through the traffic to our office, a conference room was suggested...

Chose this hotel opposite Chinatown because of it's convenient location in the town centre, and the majority of positive ratings. Reception made checking in simple and I had a good double room on the fourth floor away from the street. The room was simply decorated, but had a decent bathroom, and coffee/tea . There was a safe and a good sized...

Stayed for two nights to celebrate a special birthday. Room was great. (309) Spacious, comfy and even though we were at the front of the hotel we were not disturbed at all by any street noise. Staff had put up Birthday banner etc which was a great little touch. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay,...

We used the Arora Hotel conference rooms for an event for 50 people and thought the staff were extremely helpful. The conference team stayed late to help set up the room. The room itself was practical and kept a good temperature. Buffet lunch was basic but adequate.

I was given room 001 which is on the ground floor immediately after the key card security door to all ground floor rooms. I asked to move but they said no as i was worried about the street noise however that was fine. The issue was the continual click and then auto closing slamming of the door to the rooms,...

Everything was fine, room lovely, staff lovely. The one and only criticism that I have is to do with the shower. The water constantly ran freezing cold to scolding and I had to keep jumping in and out of the water and changing the thermostat. Could be very serious if a child got scolded!

Stayed here a few times, lovely hotel top staff nothing is too much trouble. Comfy beds and a good location near Chinatown and the metro runs almost right past the front door to get you further afield. Some upgrade works were going on when we stayed (30 April 2017) but never heard any noise from them. there is a nightclub...
