A fabulous hotel who's rooms embody old Manchester. A clean room with all facilities you need to compliment your stay. What makes this hotel is the staff attitudes. Every member of staff we encountered were polite and helpful and cheerful. That said I had my car parked and when I returned home I found a scuff on my rear bumper...

I absolutely love this place and would choose to stay here everytime I come to Manchester if I could. My partner and I both worked over Christmas so treated ourselves to a weekend break for a treat in January. It's definitely a good time to visit in January as there is a huge discount. I'm sure it cost around £250-£300...

We booked the top floor / roof terrace along with 13 rooms to celebrate my wife's Birthday party. The hotels organisation before the day is excellent, ensuring everything was planned perfectly for the big night. On the night itself the staff couldn't be anymore helpful if they tried. For food we opted for the BBQ package which consisted of beef...

With a stunning bedroom spread over two floors and a customer service aspect that truly makes you feel special, I was beyond impressed. If you want marble floors and ridiculous over the top opulence that is common amongst hi star established brands go elsewhere. However, if you want something unique, that is as much it's own character as it is...

Dear Trip Advisor Member, I am so glad you enjoyed the recent wedding that you attended at the Hotel and that you liked the Roof Top Facility! I was not too sure what it would be like as it was very underwhelming from the outside with a small reception, however once you get into the building everything else is very spacious. The rooms are very big , quirky and luxurious. The roof top is gorgeous unfortunately there was a wedding on so this limits the guests somewhat...

There really is something very special about this hotel. Just enjoyed my fifth stay there and the service was amazing as usual. I love the quirky touch to the rooms and having a jacuzzi on the rooftop Sunday morning was amazing!
