Today I visited this wonderful former school house. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and guided through to the wedding reception room and offered a coffee. I was filming a small private wedding ceremony and I have to say the staff were so friendly and accommodating I felt it necessary to write a review. The Hotel is clean...

I have stayed in probably two hindered or more hotels on business and I have to say this is one of my top three favourites. It is very conveniently located near the Centre of the city but on the side that makes access to MedaCityUK super easy. It's less than a tenner in a cab or close to the tram...

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel as a birthday treat for my self at the end of August. The hotel was fabulous! We walked into our room and there was classical music already playing and a little message from the hotel that said happy birthday with some chocolate. We almost didn't want to leave the room to go...

This hotel is a little gem just tucked away between the MOSI Museum and Spinningfields. Great ground floor and terrace bar areas with great variety and excellent service. We even dined in the Library Room which brought an extra special occasion to it all. Great food and not a bad experience could be said. Would highly recommend.

Really great overnight stay while in Manchester on business. Warm welcome; comfortable and fun room. Wifi worked well. Good shower. Next morning a great and generous breakfast. Hotel is very well placed - with an easy walk to loads of good restaurants

This hotel is trying so hard to be cool it occasionally forgets to look after its customers. The hotel is very centrally placed just off Deansgate and close to all of Manchester's lively shopping and nightlife. If arriving by car it is best to pre-book valet parking at £25 per night as there is little available public parking locally. The...

Beautiful hotel. Booked during "afternoon tea" week, booked on line with a 25% discount. Greeted by front of house receptionist, who made us feel very welcome, we were shown to the 3rd floor, roof terrace, which was lovely. Warm welcome from waitress, prompt pot of tea and pot of coffee. Table was set out and is a mix of plates,...

We were booked in for one night prior to a wedding and were not disappointed. A wonderful boutique hotel, each room was unique, spacious and beautifully decorated, loved having a mezzanine floor. The staff were very friendly and the home made cookies in room on arrival are a very nice feature. There is a fabulous rooftop terrace with lounge, bar...

I have stayed here 4 times now. It is by far the best hotel in Manchester, if someone wants to visit a hotel with no personality, no history and no charm then the Hilton is down the road for the same cost. If someone wants to have an ideal location with every room being individually designed with there own charm....

Lots to like. Good rooms, lovely helpful staff, great location, mega afternoon tea, cool rooftop bar, super breakfast. Almost a 5 but I think a couple of minor things could be improved. That said, it's very good.
