All the staff is very friendly and at all times willing to make your stay even more comfortable. The bed was over the top comfortable, so I got up totally relaxed in the morning. The metro-link station is only a few minutes walk away, same as Heaton-Park, which is lovely for a nice walk. I recommend the Premier Inn breakfast,...

Only stayed for one night but was very satisfied with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. the Premier was situated in an ideal place for our visit to family. Had a very good full breakfast at the adjoining Beefeater.

Great location, just off the ring road, yet very close to tram station to get into city centre. Clean and quiet with a great selection at breakfast. Plenty of parking. Oposite Heaton Park, which is 600acres and lovely to walk around

I went down to Manchester for a girls night out and I was looking for a good hotel for a good price, I came across this hotel and I loved it. The best thing about it was Mary, she was a wonderful hostess and receptionist and I can honestly say she gave us the warmest welcome, she got us girls...

Recently stayed here with my mate for the Anthony "million dollar" Crolla fight, which was a short tram ride away from the Manchester arena. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spotless. Staff on arrival were very friendly too. Tram was a 10 minute walk and then tram into town a further 10 minutes. The Brewers fayre next...

The staff went out of their way to make our stay here comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and made to order. The food was good quality. We needed to shower and Change for a wedding in the afternoon as we had just completed a long journey. The staff had made rooms available to us early so that we could do this

I an the team manager for Wales Wheelchair Rugby League Team. We stayed at Heaton Park during the 4 Nations Wheelchair Rugby League tournament (23 - 25 Sept 2016) and used the Hotel as our accomodation base. The competition organisers had booked us 7 rooms however we needed an extra room for some additional guests. When I'd tried to book...

The hotel is located on the edge of Heaton Park itself, but the area it is in appears a little dodgy - but that's just a personal opinion. The greeting was friendly. My room was 39, on the top floor which is a preference of mine but wasn't arranged. The room was clean and basic which is what you'd expect...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
It's the mixture of old and new that's so delightful at Heaton Park. You're in the historic area of Bury, right next to a park and estate that dates back hundreds of years. Yet you're a short tram ride from an ultra-modern city, plus there's all mod cons in our hotel too. Feed the animals in Heaton Park. Or feed your appetite for shopping at Bury's famous shopping centre and market. Party like mad at Manchester Pride festival, or celebrate a win at Old Trafford. Then come back to comfy beds, 40 inch flat screen TVs and a Beefeater restaurant. ... more   less
