Stayed last night after a trip into Manchester. Great hotel. Very clean and convenient location. Beefeater was just next door but we didn't visit. We arrived very late so I was worried about our room. Tried calling a few times and they didn't pick up. When we arrived there was no need to worry as they had or keys waiting...

Overall good stay. Good location for access to motorways. Excellent parking facilities.Clean and friendly. Reception staff were most helpful. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately Beefeater next door was most disappointing, food quality below average and most annoyingly slow service. Individually cooked breakfast is a waist of time, hot breakfast buffet would have been better and more efficient.

2 adults & 2 children stayed on ground floor in family room (1 double bed, 2 singles) room seemed sound proof & easily accessable. Staff genuinely nice & friendly always ready to help. The only downfall the pillows too soft & flat & not enough to compensate for this but during a feedback survey was highlighted to me that there...

One of Premier Inn's better hotels. Friendly and efficient staff. Very clean rooms. Surprisingly quiet considering it is on a main road - effective double glazing. Close to M60 and good access to most of north Manchester. Free wi-fi perfectly adequate with reasonably priced paid option to upgrade if you want to do video streaming etc.

Firstly the location is very good travelling as we did from Yorkshire. The tram station into Manchester is only a 5 minute walk. Return to Manchester City was £3 excellent value. The Hotel reception friendly and efficient. Room was clean and of the standard we have come to expect from Premier Inns. We were on the meal deal. Both course's...

Whilst this hotel is situated on a busy road the room we were in faced the road but there was very little noise.. The receptionist on duty was fabulous, really friendly and able to point us in the direction of travel to the men.. She's a credit to the company and nothing was to much trouble.. Clean room with everything...

Good location free parking and beefeater next door. Breakfast was great served quickly and plenty of choice. Room simple but exactly what was needed for a short stay with hairdryer, big tv and comfortable bed. Only downside is the rooms carry sound easily. Creaking and footsteps from room above and could hear next door loud and clear from 6am. Overall...

Excellent clean and comfy room, very quiet with triple glazing, no road noise. Food was excellent, breakfast was outstanding, well cooked and tasted great. Easy to find and located close to other amenities.

Stayed here on a Friday night after visiting friends. Hotel was very reasonable and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast went to the Sainsburys down the road. Beefeater next door was ok, service was slow considering it was fairly quiet.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
It's the mixture of old and new that's so delightful at Heaton Park. You're in the historic area of Bury, right next to a park and estate that dates back hundreds of years. Yet you're a short tram ride from an ultra-modern city, plus there's all mod cons in our hotel too. Feed the animals in Heaton Park. Or feed your appetite for shopping at Bury's famous shopping centre and market. Party like mad at Manchester Pride festival, or celebrate a win at Old Trafford. Then come back to comfy beds, 40 inch flat screen TVs and a Beefeater restaurant. ... more   less
