We found this hotel was well situated, close to the retail area, free city bus service and railway station. It was quiet, despite being on the tram line and we had a restful sleep. The room had two chairs, important for watching TV and plenty of storage.

Great room but not all the lights work and that made it difficult to see at nights. Complained to management but nothing was actually done to fix it (even though they said they would) The shower glass to separate it from the toilet is too narrow so the floor is always wet when you take a shower. This hotel leaves...

The room was really quiet considering we were in the city centre. Bathroom particularly the shower was very nice. We ate breakfast and were delighted that my partners gluten free and vegetarian needs were met by cheerful staff. Would definitely reccomend to friends.

My friend and I stayed here. It's a very clean comfortable hotel, with very helpful, friendly staff, one of which went above and beyond to look after my friend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all my friends, and look forward to a return visit. Easy location for central Manchester too! Only 1 thing I would say is that they...

very good - attention to detail place Premier Inns above the rest - little things like pegs and shelving, comfortable bed, clean and quality bathroom, good ventilation, quiet, enough sockets, decent free wifi, quick or self-service checking

Great location, really comfy bed and very clean. Easy to get to Arndale centre. Just turn right and keep going straight up. It follows the tram tracks but if you want a more interesting Street make your way to Portland St and walk up there instead.

Stayed here for a long weekend for the Manchester marathon. The location was great, right on the Metro line. The room was clean, tidy & spacious. Great shower, although no bath. We didn't dine in the restaurant but had a drink in the bar. The decor and atmosphere was really nice. Very pleasant staff also.

A really good Premier and perfect for what was required. Handily placed in the city centre, well placed for Piccadilly and Mosley Street. Paid £66 for a Wednesday night. Only thing about Premier that is missing is a room safe. Great bed, superb sound proofing and OK wifi.
