First experience of this hotel, not hard to find, other than that I'm struggling for any positives Strange set up, reception is isolated from the entrance, lifts are small and take ages to arrive as there are 12 floors Beds were uncomfortable, can't open windows and it was a hot evening and if your room faces the tram line forget...

The service here was great, the staff were attentive and welcomed us very warmly. I had arranged at booking for prosecco & chocolates to be in the room at arrival and they delivered exceptionally. The room was of a good size, but more importantly was spotlessly clean! We had a great view out over Piccadilly Gardens - it was exactly...

Great reception areas, but old and dated rooms which was so disappointing. We paid nearly £500 for 2 nights with parking and breakfast, but we could barely squeeze around the bottom of the bed, as the room was so small. Breakfast was underwhelming with poor service. Having to ask for tea and toast 3 times, and then having to hunt...

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis, and I have always had a most pleasant experience. I mostly book a suite when staying here, and I always find everything to be efficient and well organized. Previously I've booked a privilege room and been up-graded to a suite for free. On this stay I booked a suite for my...

The hotel hasn't changed much since just over 3 years ago when I had my wedding reception at the hotel with accommodation for 3 nights. Stayed here with my wife and kid and the service was good at check in can be faster though but good enough. The hotel didn't use to have a gym but now has one which...

Location is great, right in the centre of Manchester. Rooms are very clean. The only thing I was shocked at is that you have to pay £3 per bag to store it. I have travelled all over the world and I have never ever been told to pay a fee to keep my bag in storage for a few hours....

Me and my husband booked to see a show in Manchester. We decided to treat ourselves to a room. We booked the hotel at a very expensive £218 for bed and breakfast.
