Working in Manchester for two weeks spoke with Gina behind the bar who helped out with where to go around at night. Could not praise her enough as everywhere she advised was great the staff were helpful during my stay. The staff have made my two weeks easier to be away as they are all friendly and helpful

Had a great stay there. Bathrooms yes are dated and rooms ok size. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Great location right in the centre. Check in and check was very smooth. Very comfy beds and wonderful views of the city from the 11 th floor.

We stayed one night as we were attending a wedding at the hotel. The reception allocated us a room very quickly. Room good, bed very comfortable and good bathroom and amenities. Good breakfast and very nice stay.

We stayed a couple of nights and (presumably because I'm an Accorhotels reward card holder) were upgraded to a "Privilege" room - I don't think this makes a huge difference but there is a Nespresso machine in such rooms and I find that a big advantage. Our room was large and comfortable with a view down Portland Street. Went out...

Located smack bang in the middle of Piccadilly Square this hotel has everything you would expect from a 4 star in the UK. Fridge in the room, sofa, iron & board, TV, double bed, tea & coffee making facilities. The only downside to the room I should point out is that I could hear the people above us when I...

I visited this hotel on the August Bank holiday weekend. In terms of location you cant get more central, the hotel towers over Piccadilly Gardens. At the hotel it has an unusual layout, the entrance is separate from the reception. So after check in it is possible to go in out unseen by staff. I found the check out friendly,...
