It looked as though we were placed in a disabled room which ment it was very spacious. The room was clean and i can't say anything negative about the room/hotel itself. However, their private car park was quite expensive. For 24hrs, it cost £20. We were reluctant to pay this but because we were not familiar with the area, we...

So I stayed at your hotel last night. It took about 15 minutes maybe more to get checked in. Only one lift working so that was more time I had wait around. Got to my room and yes the room was lovely. It was clean. So as it was an occasion to go out with my friends I wanted to...

I stayed here on business and have to say that the whole experience was a positive one. from the moment I checked in we were given first class service with a smile. Everyone we came into contact with looked genuinely happy to be there, which in turn made our stay that bit more special. Special praise to Maria who served...

My wife and I stayed here this weekend, and were treated to a gorgeous suite (room 702) which gave soarring views over Piccadilly station and the surrounding area. After a wait of around 10 minutes to check in we arrived to our room ...and what a treat it was. A bottle of wine and 2 chocolates greeted us along with...

For a 4 star hotel the rooms are good. However they need to sort out the elevator. For a hotel of this level to have a lift out all weekend is poor. What sla do they have for maintenance? We walked up to 4th floor on several occasions. Queues at the remaining lift were long! Also the reception needs sorting...

Nice hotel, interesting architecture. But I was there in November and it uncomfortably cold in the hotel room and in the breakfast. Pity as otherwise it was a nice hotel. Good urban views from the wall to ceiling windows of the people standing on the platform of the nearby train station.

If you are looking for a safe bet while on business then this place will tick most of the boxes. Good clean accommodation and friendly staff. Small gym but allows you to do what you need to do. Ate in the bar while the football was on and the food was respectable and reasonably priced. My only beef was that...

Stayed here for business last night. The lady on reception who checked me in was lovely, however on getting up to my room I went straight to the loo only to find an unexpected 'gift' in the toilet from the previous occupant. You can guess what it was (not a number one!) - absolutely disgusting. If the cleaners can leave...

I stayed at McDonald's Manchester and the service I received from Zoe in the Scottish steak house was exemplary. Great hotel and great people. I was too late for dinner. My fault! Zoe was genuinely concerned and insisted on bar snacks made a stressful day 100% better!!😀
