We spent three nights here. Staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent and the room was well furnished and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location - close to lots of shops and some excellent restaurants.

This was a last minute reservation but was a great choice. We were in Colmar to go to the Unterlinden Museum - we couldn't have been closer, just a few steps out the door. Also perfect for exploring the charming old town. The hotel was practical and comfortable, with a commendable choice of full or simple breakfast.

The hotel is starting to show signs of wear, paint chips, poor external spaces, but nothing major. Our room was good, comfy bed, decent bathroom albeit with one tube of that do all washing liquid. The young lady on reception from one of the Baltic states drives our stay, she is everything a hotel needs at front desk

I stayed in the Mercure Unterlinden on a recent work trip as the hotel was recommended by the company I was visiting. The location is ideal for exploring Colmar and all of the staff that we met were very friendly and informative. The suite that I was given was very large with 3-4 rooms; unfortunately as it was a bit...

We spent one night at the Hotel, initially wanted two ( with a short visit in Strasbourg), but due to our mistake ( we booked the wrong hotel, there is an other one with a very similar name, Mercure Colmar Champ de Mars ) that wasn't possible anymore. So be carefull at the booking. First they offered us a smaller...

A very good location. The staff are very efficiant and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers are excellent. However if you are traveling with small kids you might want to book a room with a bath and shower. Best to take a cab from the Colmar train station as the walk tirned into a 30 minute hike...

Nice hotel, close to the city center. Has its own parking place, but you have to pay for the parking. A little bit too modern rooms in my opinion, I'm looking for something more classic in Europe. Breakfast was not included, we could have it in the hotel, but its cheaper to eat outside. The rooms were clean.
