The room is quite big. The hotel is really close to city centre and the train center. The price/performance rate is so high. The reception staff explains friendly if you ask something. I will highly recommend here if you look for a medium budget place

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night in July 2016. We were very pleased with the hotel and looking through the reviews on here, we are surprised that there are so many bad reviews. We do remember we stayed in a newer section of the hotel and this could be why. The bed was the most comfortable of...

We had two rooms on the second floor and both were the same. Ours had a small cabinet to serve as a closet and the door was falling off Very noisy by the train tracks and highway. Both lights at our bed did not work. There was no drain stopper for sink in the bathroom. No telephone so you have...

We booked a room in that apart hotel for 2 weeks, and when we booked it, we had the right of free cancellation. When we were checking in, they asked us to pay for the total amount of our stay and we mentioned that there was a probability for us to leave early. They told us that, they were doing...

Dear Mr Asli NAZLI, The reception and the direction are not aware about your case and we didn't receive any demand by email. Even more weird, our director is available at any time (24h/24h and 7day/7) so we didn't understand. Moroever, our booking are either non cancellable non-refundable or canceled 48 hours before the day of arrival, so it is...

Dont even look at this hotel, only if you are on a budget. We ve stayed here as we were looking to rent a flat for our niece studying in this city. So the woman at the reception, there s no word to describe her attitude, awful, no customer service at all. I guess she hate her job, which I...

For the price range, that's a decent place to spent a couple of nights. I suspect a longer stay may wear you down, but if you plan to spend your day and evening outside, sightseeing (for which, by the place, the hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the heart of Strasbourg) it would be all right. Reception...

I came across City Residence through Tripadvisor and can wholeheartedly recommend them. My requirements are - clean, comfortable beds, central location, crime free, reasonably priced - City Residence are all of these and more. We walked there from the main train station and were more than happy with the self service rooms. There was a small stove, microwave and fridge...

I am writing this while halfway through my 5 night stay, while trying to get to sleep for a third night. After the first night of noise (the hotel is on a noisy junction, they have deliveries - or something - at 4am each morning, and I hear the other side which is near the railway station is just as...
