We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by going to Bordeaux and we selected Hotel Singulier because my brother recommended it after staying there in Oct 2023. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and helpful to make our stay wonderful! The rooms were a nice size with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of space for our luggage. We stayed in a Junior suite and the amenities were luxurious. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was heavenly because it was so comfortable. It was very quiet at night and we enjoyed the homemade breakfast every morning in our room. I would recommend paying for the breakfast because all of the food was scrumptious and we definitely felt pampered every morning. We had homemade pastries, granola , yogurt, fruit and eggs anyway, we preferred . Not to mention, we love the lattes too. They also have a roof top terrace, looking out over the beautiful city of Bordeaux, that we got to enjoy with a nice bottle of champagne that we were able to purchase from the in room mini bar. The hotel is not large and only accommodates around 7 rooms which made our stay so wonderful. We were there 4 nights and honestly could have stayed longer if we had more time. The attention to details that everyone put into our stay were impeccable. They bent over backwards to help us in anyway. They were able to recommend restaurants and helped secure a driver and taxis when needed. They let you know they are at your complete assistance to make your stay wonderful. Thank you Audrey, Auriane and Bryan for making our stay so fabulous! All of you were very professional, but very warm and kind to us during our stay. We would without a doubt recommend Hotel Singulier to friends and family. Lastly, they have a wonderful new spa that we took advantage of during our stay. We would recommend it too. Sicily did a fantastic job helping us relax and enjoy the treatments. (A facial and massage) Our stay at Hotel Singulier will not soon be forgotten. It is a phenomenal place to stay because its so chic, but the people that work there are the heart of the hotel! Merci beaucoup Audrey, Auriane and Bryan!

Hotel Singulier is a wonderful experience in the heart of Bordeaux. Right in the center, with a rooftop and a view of Saint Andre Cathedral where you can have breakfast with homemade products by the chef of the establishment. The details of the room are very well thought out and extremely refined (bathrobes, fabrics, chairs and small table with minibar Nespresso machine, etc.). A big thank you to Audrey for her help with wine tours and private car and restaurant reservations. Thanks to Julie and Francois Xavier for their welcome. the experience here is incredible. I highly recommend the hotel and I hope to return there for a future trip.

This little hotel is a gem. It is in the very desirable shopping/dining/ walking area of Bordeaux, and the staff is incredibly helpful. They made dinner reservations, booked a taxi to and from the train station (the only thing not easy to get to), and even helped us at the nearby laundromat when we had trouble with the signage.
Our room was beautifully decorated with everything we could need, and the bed was extremely comfortable. For an American the faucets were a little hard to figure out, but once we did, they seemed self-evident. There is no elevator, but the staff seamlessly handled getting our luggage to and from our room and storing it after checkout until time to catch the train.
Breakfast on the roof with a view of the cathedral is made in-house—even the yogurt—and eggs are cooked to order. It is more than worth the price.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is not looking for a large hotel and who can manage stairs.

Stayed at the hotel in April with some friends. I don’t generally write reviews, but this hotel was amazing and I would absolutely recommend. The service was great.
We had breakfast one morning on the roof top and it was superb. The location was great too, located on a very quiet street off the Main Street, walking distance to everything yet very quiet.
Really good!

An amazingly friendly hotel!
Audrey and the other staff were extremely helpful and gave us some great tips on what to do im Bordeaux. A great location, mere steps away from the vielle ville.
We stayed in the apartment, which was only a stones throw from the hotel and which, in itself, was an amazing experience! So french, and quaint, but with all modern amenities, a great shower and a separate toilet. We had an early arrival flight, and because the rooms were not yet ready, our luggage was brought to the apartment by the hotel staff while we were sightseeing.
The delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace which had a fantastic view of the city and surroundings.

Small but charming hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, with all kinds of details, very good breakfast prepared with care, a very cool terrace to enjoy a rest and especially exquisite treatment that makes you feel at home. It is also central and well connected.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was very modern and clean in a very central part of Bordeaux
The staff at this hotel were exceptional.Which is where this hotel is better than all others.Audrey checked us in and was marvellous. She gave us a drink and biscuits while she checked us in.She took us to our room and showed us around it.Our bags were carried up to our room for us.
All of the staff, including the cleaners, were very friendly and would help with anything. They all spoke to us in English as we could not speak French. We used public transport around Bordeaux which is all close to the hotel. We used a direct bus between the hotel and train station.
We recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bordeaux.

From the moment I walked through the door at this very pretty little hotel I was made to feel very welcome by the simply outstanding young professional and courteous staff!
The hotel room was very nice, clean and extremely well presented both aesthetically and well laid out.
I was genuinely impressed by the young, polite and very respectful staff especially Pierre and Léna who looked after me throughout my three night stay in Bordeaux. My testament to them and the hotel is that I will be returning in 2023 with my wife to finish off Bordeaux and visit all the places I didn’t quite manage to spend as much time as I would have liked!
Thank you Again Hotel Singulier and see you again soon 🍷🇫🇷 ❤️
