A very lovely decorated B&B with a super nice host. Everything went perfectly well. The room was clean and had everything that was needed. Breakfast with homemade jams and jogurts was amazing. You can walk to the city (ca. 25 minutes) or take the tram 5 min. from the B&B. I would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast served in pleasant breakfast room or garden. We were well looked after by Stefan who was friendly and very attentive & keeps everything neat & tidy. L'Echoppe des Bouilles was a great find. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance of sweet cafes (including the Allium Ursinum, where food is elevated to art), the awesome Bordeaux tram and bus lines. The B&B is exquisitely decorated, a true testament to the hard work by Aurore and her family who transformed it from a... More

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was typical French style and nice. Hosts were friendly and helpful but are not on sight but a few doors away. Unfortunately airconditoning was difficult to control and opening skylights meant standing on the bed, with no insect screens Mosquitos might be a problem as well as letting rain in. Towels were clean but... More

Occupied two rooms, both were very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is only a short tram ride to the centre of Bordeaux and public transport is easy. Our host, Arore was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us, especially in advising about places to eat and things to do. Parking is on the street... More

A preciously reformed house 10 minutes walking from the city centre. Espacious bedroom, large bed and beautiful decoration. Perfectly clean. The host Aurore was very kind giving advice about places to see and restaurants in Bourdeaux and nearby, and her breakfast was great!
