I stayed here for work for 5 days. During that time my room was a sauna, fluctuating between 25-30C as the air conditioning didn't work. Each day I asked about it and was given a different story from there's a technician fixing it now to the air conditioning takes 10 days to cool. It was quite simply awful to the...

I was quite impressed by this hotel. Lovely location and the staff were superb. The room was very spacious and clean as were the public areas that I saw. We only stayed one night but I could have stayed longer. The only odd thing was that the restaurant was shut from 14:00 on Friday until the Monday morning although there...

We had a lovely room on the sixth floor (615). View over rooftops to the river. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked new. The big gripe however was the temperature in the room. It was truly stifling. The window was locked shut so we couldn't open it. It was so hot it was impossible to get a decent sleep. The...

Stayed at this Mercure for three nights whilst at a conference in Bordeaux. It fitted the bill perfectly, very centrally located extremely close to the tram stop for city centre and the Palais du Congres. The room was very comfortable, staff were helpful, and I couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed here twice in both December and January. The staff were helpful and spoke English. Our room was standard double. Perfect. Spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast is well worth the money. Great choice for all tastes. Good service. The views from the dining room are incredible. Make sure you have your camera to get the sunrise at breakfast. We...

Staff is amazing. Hotel is okay but nothing to write home about. The windows in the rooms don't open. The breakfast could use a bit more choice. But the place has a good location and stunning views of the Garonne and the two bridges. Bathroom is again quite nice with a detachable shower head. Trust me, this matters. If back...

After a little bit of circumnavigation with the SatNav we found our way into the car park for the hotel. A handy short few steps brought us across a nice courtyard area to the hotel. The receptionist was lovely (as they all were throughout our stay) and checked us in in seconds. I had booked an upgrade room as a...

Took a while to find but vey clean modern establishment with ver efficient and helpful staff. Excellent and varied breakfast but parking is very close but you must pay. Very central and almost on the river. Great walks and access to the many and varied back street shops and bistros.

We stayed here one night prior to our cruise on Uniworld River Royale. Hotel was excellent location for taking a river cruise. We walked to the cruise ship with our luggage on the walkway. There was a Farmers market on Sunday morning right by the ship. We walked to the busy center of town. We also took the convenient tram....

Everything very new. Rooms are fine and beds comfortable. Staff very helpful and English no problem. Breakfast has a good choice and is on the top floor with wonderful views. Nothing to fault really but seems very corporate. Parking is onsite but part of a private complex and is 19 euros a night. A good 20 minute walk from the...
