Ideally located close to the A10 (as demonstrated by the mix of fellow guests) and surrounded by various dining options, although mostly hotel restaurants or uninspiring chains. Spacious, comfortable room, bathroom small but clean and adequate. We had to book at relatively short notice and because of this, it was slightly overpriced. Not impressed that what was presumably a fire alarm was set off twice during the night: no controlling staff presence, and we never discovered the reason. I guess we were unlucky to be there at this time, but it could indicate a problem at management level. Unable to sleep again after that, not great with a 10 hour drive to follow.

Have stayed 2 times at this hotel and overall I am happy.
Parking is good. Hotel is cheap. Location is great.
But the last stay it was 35celcius in Bordeaux and the aircon was abysmal. Hot sure being pumped out.
For that reason - I have cancelled my unpicking stay and will go elsewhere.
Other use the hotel is good. Just poor aircon for extreme weather is not healthy.

We arrive in our room and the water flush does not work, we contact reception and the only solution offered is to give us a sea and fill it with water. No manager on site and the technician cannot be available until the next day. Under the bed we found a flip flop and on the window a cup with milk that we don't even know how long it had been there. No offer to change rooms.
The next day following these problems the manager gave us the room a little extra to keep our things and when we managed to get them back they removed them from the room.

Perfect welcome but that's the only positive point.
The room is very average with a smell of sewage in the room and sanitary facilities, no hairdryer otherwise a deposit of 20 euros is requested.
Only one towel per person of medium size
Shower curtain not practical with the mixer which is low.
Bunk bed not made and duvet cover not practical to put on.
Dust on complaints brief dilapidated room.
Breakfast to escape with mini chocolatine and mini croissant not from the day or the day before.
A base of apple juice.
No fresh fruit but canned.

Unfortunately this was without doubt, one of the worst hotels, I have stayed in. It was booked by the company I work for. Had I have booked it, I would have demanded reimbursement! The hotel was in the process of having new a new air con system fitted.
My room had no heating, and it was cold. So the receptionist brought a portable heater to my room. The problem was, my electricity kept turning off. And it was on, and off constantly. When the electricity went off, so did the heater.
I asked to be moved to another room, but was informed there werenāt any available!
The second morning at the hotel, I got up, and went to shower. It was still dark outside. The electricity went off a total of five times, while I was trying to shower. I ended up using the torch on my phone.
I went to reception, and said āThis isnāt good enoughā and I had to demand to be moved.
Come back at 1pm I was told.
So I wad moved to another room.
This room had electricity š
The problem was the bathroom light did not work!
The heater only worked on the highest setting.
The light switch did get repaired.
The heater never.
The beds were uncomfortable.
The room was dirty
The curtains were plastic, with holes in them.
The toilet seat was loose.
There is no soundproofing in the hotel.

Horrible experience I didn't sleep all night. Noisy hotel and Everything in the room smelled of tobacco š¤¢š¤¢. When we arrived there was a strong smell of perfume. We left to eat and when we came back it was actually the cigarette that took over as if 20 people had smoked. Everything smells like the sheets, the curtains, I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. The reception staff are very pleasant.

Quiet and very well located hotel with secure parking.
Very close room and varied breakfast. We just regret the absence of plant-based milk for those who are lactose intolerant.

I booked for 4 nights. The room is clean as in the photos. Air conditioning works very well. Towels and products available. Pension quiet except one night and secure parking. The Inn is located near the tram c a strong point for walking. The welcome is nice with all the staff.
