Loud school party of teenagers who kept slamming doors. I complained to receptionist 4 times, she said there's nothing else she could do apart from call the police, and asked me if I wanted to call the police - which I thought was a bit stupid and dramatic. Fortunately the noise died down after the teenagers went out in the...

I booked this studio through booking.com and to my shock found out that their pictures did not match up and read some really bad reviews so I contacted the chain to upgrade to their other venue. They refused my money!!!! I could not stay in the other adagio venue in Bordeaux (which is much better by reviews) not a great...

we stayed in the Adagio when in Bordeaux, it has a great central location, you can walk to all the citys attractions from there. The room however was ok. The bed was a murphy bed which could go into the wall for more room if need be, but the door to the bathroom was right next to the bed and...

The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to get to the train station and a tram to the centre of Bordeaux. To walk to the town would take 30 minutes. It is also 10 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket. However, it would take longer for the elderly, disabled, buggies or as we were -...

I strongly advise avoiding this "hotel".. several issues that I feel need to be highlighted including the following- swimming pool closed for our entire visit (main reason for us choosing this hotel in first place), elevator broken also for the entirety of our stay. No room service for people who stay between 3-7 nights (this makes no sense to me?)...

The hotel was well located, I did a lot by foot and tramway and buses stop are close. The prize was okay and the kitchen facilities was well equipped for my needs. The room was pretty small, but just okay for a person. The bed was confortable. I could suggest, by the way, a better clean up by the room...

We stayed there 3 nights and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We booed it through Booking.com and it was nothing like the pictures showed.. Everything was very small and very "standard". The shower is a joke.. the road is a noisy even though we were at the 3d floor. I wouldn't say it is well located either and the...

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. Pluses: 1) Strong, free wifi (but must be re-registered every time your device is removed from the network, and only free for stays 7 days or fewer) 2) Affordable option 3) Fully fitted kitchen (though wine glasses and kettle were missing, and we had to request those from reception) 4) Very friendly,...

We very much enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The room was set up just right to have a comfy bed, desk & TV, 'eating' table & small, but fully equipped kitchen (and a bathroom). The staff were super nice and helpful. We booked through the Accor chain for a great deal. We'll definitely stay here again when we return...

Location and parking are good. Rooms are small, basic but functional. The main problem is limited hot water. There is only hot water for one shower. Other problems (no heating, number of towels) were quickly sorted out by the hotel. One downside is that reception closes quite early and if you are locked out of your room you have to...
