A value for money accommodation, with an excellent location with easy access to places in Bordeaux including the airport, centre of town and the market. The hotel was comfortable and clean but the only negative is the location of the heater-boiler in the bathroom with the potential of one bumping his or her head. Breakfast and general security were of... More

Stayed two nights. Not exactly the best part of town but room was clean and tidy. Easy access to centre with the tram just around the corner, four stops to Place de la Bourse. Reception has only limited opening, but the staff were very helpful and friendly when there.

The biggest plusses: nicely priced, near the centre of town, good public transportation, well equipped appartments. Very nice staff. The biggest minuses: room could not be ventilated and was very hot. The ventilator in the room just moved the hot air around, but did not cool it. Parking is impossible, but difficult even if you reserved a parking place, due... More

We were very disappointed with this apart hotel. The neighbourhood was very dirty, rubbish everywhere! The room was clean but very hot. Reception is closed for 2 hours on Saturday. There are better places to stay nearby for very little more but none were available for our date.

We stayed 2 nights in Teneo and found it to be fine for what we needed--cheap,close to the train station, and close to the tramline. As it turned out we only used tram once and walked in and out to the city centre no problem. General area was a little unkempt but never felt unsafe walking in and out. As... More

Just OK. No complains, no remarkable memories. I stayed just one night. The room has a decent size, a small table, basic kitchenette, small bathroom with a big boiler inside. Decoration is minimalist. I called in advance to know if the room had a kettle. They informed that they could provide and it was there when I arrived. An ok... More

The hotel has the feel of a youth hostal, in a not very nice area. The room was functional, but nothing special. No airconditioning, the window overlooking the car park (which is residential, and full of rubbish). The bathroom is small, shower with a shower curtain that did not really fit. Extractor fans did not seem to work. The room... More

Spent 4 nights here while visiting Bordeaux, was great value for money and was spotlessly clean, The staff were very friendly and the room had a mini kitchen in it which was brilliant! Cooked a steak dinner one night and were able to cook breakfast each morning- although oddly enough and it's worth noting there's no kettle- we boiled water... More

I'm a 41 year old gut traveling around Europe on a motorbike. This hotel is possibly the most intimidating place I have ever stayed. The area of the hotel is sketchy to say the least. The hotel is very basic and staff are really unhelpful. Photos are extremely misleading.

Very nice basic room, spacious enough and although the bed is a little hard at least it does not sink in towards the middle and the linen on the bed is good quality and spotlessly clean. There is no kettle but you can boil water in the microwave. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main station/metro/buses and about... More
