Handy to all the attractions and good restaurants but located on a quiet residential street, this is a pleasant property with a very helpful staff and rooms furnished in sleek contemporary style. The folks at the desk gave good dining recommendations and made reservations for us each day, and the breakfast spread was fine with a nice variety of cakes... More

Located a little ways from the main street of town, this well designed and well appointed hotel is a very good choice if you stay in Biarritz. You must park in the parking garage down the street, and walk up the hill to the hotel .The operators we met both were extremely helpful and kind. We did not have the... More

Fantastic boutique hotel which amazing staff. The hotel manager greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave us a great list of recommendations including both things to do and places to eat in the city. Hotel is steps away from the center of the city and also very close to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed. Highly recommended!

This charming hotel in a small side street not far from the sea is a real find. Close by are Les Halles market, restaurants and shops, and convenient buses to Biarritz and Bayonne stations. Buses are very cheap. The trip to Bayonne station takes about 30 minutes and costs only 1 euro. For 2 euros you can buy a 24... More

We stayed in June 2016 and were very pleased. This is a very clean, updated hotel that is well placed in Biarritz for walking around the city. English is spoken, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is completely renovated with a modern layout and amenities. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. We found the hotel, lobby, interior lounging space & outdoor garden patio a calming sanctuary to come home to after an eventful day exploring the beaches, shops, and restaurants of Biarritz. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The staff... More

Very clean room and quiet despite looking into the street. Pleasant courtyard when the weather permitted. Same comments about the shower and wet floor. Lighting wasn't great and no full length mirror but good hairdryer and wifi. Very comfortable bed. Slightly disappointed not to gain early check in but were told in no uncertain terms it was 15.00 (as per... More

Really nice, modern hotel with very helpful informative staff. Everything within walking distance and a very short taxi ride from the airport. €10. The wifi is excellent and the bedrooms bathroom very comfortable. I do feel breakfast should be included in the price as €260 per room per night is expensive. I do believe accommodation in Biarritz is quite expensive.... More
